Obama to Top Brass: Will you fire on American Citizens?
The Obama administration is openly escalating its campaign against private gun ownership, and shaking up the top ranks of the military command structure — but is it also preparing to make war on the American population? According to a person identified as a former senior military official, the answer to that shocking question is yes.
World-renowned educator and human rights activist Jim Garrow says that the source, man regarded as “one of America’s foremost military heroes,” told him that President Obama is using a new litmus test for “determining who will stay and who must go” among top-ranked military leaders. That test is whether they will fire on US citizens or not. Garrow says that his source made the disclosure in order to “sound the alarm” over the administration’s plans.
While Garrow will not yet reveal the identity of the source, it’s important to note that Garrow himself is a man of considerable accomplishment. He is the founder of the Bethune Institute, which has established hundreds of schools throughout China. Three years ago, he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his work though a group called Pink Pagoda, which combat “gendercide” in China — that is, the practice of rescuing baby girls who had been abandoned or targeted for infanticide because of the government’s one-child policy. He was personally involved in helping to save the lives of more than 50,000 Chinese girls. He joins Gary Franchi on WHDT World News to discuss this new “Litmus Test.”

Well, I just found out that I would be wrong with that assumption. It seems Rep. José Serrano [D-NY15] has re-introduced H.J.Res 17 (112th Congress), a bill that died in committee, now as H.J.Res. 15. This House joint resolution calls for “Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.”
According to the web site Govtrack.us Rep. Serrano is described as “a far-left Democrat according to GovTrack’s own analysis of bill sponsorship.”

Obama being Sworn in as President in Private and Secret without Press on Sunday January 20th. Why no Press allowed?

This is something that is absolutely bizarre.
It seems that Obama will be sworn in as President in private (secret) without the Press being allowed to view to video it. They will release photos that the White House Press photographer will take, after it is done.
WHY? Seriously… how come the secrecy? Why won’t they allow it to be videoed?
Excuse me BUT…. this is our country and Obama is suppose to work for us! Also he supposedly was going to be the most transparent President….
I know that is a laugh, just like all those empty 2008 promises that were out the window…
Besides all his Bull**** things he had said he would do for the people, yet out Bushed Bush and since has been the most self centered non-producing nor liberty President in our history. In fact he will be going down as the worst President ever and taking the U.S. down into the gutters with debt and lies…
He is now going to be sworn in to what amounts as secrecy due to no outside press or disclosure of the swearing in?
What type of swearing in will be done? The normal? If it was the normal why can’t there be press there?
So if there is no allowing of public disclosure of the swearing in, that then begs the question and leaves to the imagination…. what type of swearing in will it actually be? A swearing in of a dictatorship? A swearing in using something other than the Bible? A swearing in without saying he will follow the “constitution” of the United States? A swearing in of an abnormal ceremony?
Yes a lot of things are left to the imagination of how Obama will be sworn in as the President of our country.
Considering it is our country and we the people are who make the country great, not the politicians. We have a right to see the swearing in of the person that was placed as President.
Obama has no right to have this in private nor secret of what is said and how it is done.

It’s for the public, the citizens of the United Sates. It just boggles the mind — How is this even a debate?”
So….. what are we to think that this President is wanting to be sworn in secretly/privately? It sure does make the imagination run wild with all those “conspiracies” out there about him not really having the United States best interest in his heart and mind.
This is my stance and what I say to this government:
We the People of these United States of which this country was founded on the Constitution of the United States have a right to see the person who is going to be leading the United States as President for the next four years… Sworn in to do that duty for the Citizens of these United States! He is our employee and he is suppose to do the bidding of the people who live by the constitution of these United States! We demand to have a fully publicly viewed Swearing in of Obama to confirm he will stand by the Constitution of which this country was founded!

US Army statistics show that the suicide rate among military personnel is rising exponentially. Last July, an estimated 38 suicides were “confirmed or suspected” by soldiers making that month the deadliest time in Army history.
Active duty suicides have climbed up to 22% with 116 deaths so far in 2012. Veterans are in most danger of committing suicide. While the Army has traditionally viewed younger soldiers as “at risk” for suicide, since the majority of deaths are occurring with veteran and older soldiers, that assumption is shifting.
Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, US Army vice chief of staff, said: “Suicide is the toughest enemy I have faced in my 37 years in the Army. And, it’s an enemy that’s killing not just soldiers, but tens of thousands of Americans every year. That said, I do believe suicide is preventable. To combat it effectively will require sophisticated solutions aimed at helping individuals to build resiliency and strengthen their life coping skills. As we prepare for Suicide Prevention Month in September we also recognize that we must continue to address the stigma associated with behavioral health. Ultimately, we want the mindset across our force and society at large to be that behavioral health is a routine part of what we do and who we are as we strive to maintain our own physical and mental wellness.”
Leon Panetta, US Defense Secretary testified before Congress about solider suicides, saying “that this is an epidemic . . . something’s wrong.”

The US government, under the leadership of the globalist puppet, Barack Obama, knows that the general American public is waking up to the tyranny that is being forced upon them. The divide and conquer ideal purveyed by the mainstream media (MSM) in America may be the second false flag that coerces us into having a “civil war” before the November 2012 elections.
Obama has amassed a “legion of lawyers” to flood the court system with support should problems arise from the voting process. The preparatory process alludes to the fact that they anticipate a problem with the voting.
The electronic voting booths are being pushed in time for the 2012 presidential election season as a way to answer to potential issues brought on my mail-in ballots by overseas Americans and US armed forces service members.
A report by Counting Votes 2012 says that electronically submitted ballots cannot be independently audited and are prone to being hacked. Additionally, electronic voting leaves nothing to recount in a dispute.
Pam Smith of the Verified Voting Foundation explains: “They’re trying to do a calculus and make it easy for the voter, and they may not realize the great risk they’re putting those votes at.”
The Obama campaign, Obama for America, is suing to restrict the right of military service people to be able to vote 3 days early in Ohio as is allowed by law . The Obama administration believes this law is “arbitrary” and has “no discernable rational basis.”
The National Defense Committee stated : “[f]or each of the last three years, the Department of Defense’s Federal Voting Assistance Program has reported to the President and the Congress that the number one reason for military voter disenfranchisement is inadequate time to successfully vote.”
In 2003, Aviel D. Rubin, technical director of the Information Security Institute at Johns Hopkins University, along with a team of researchers showed that electronic voting systems software from Diebold Election Systems had “stunning, stunning flaws.”
These voting booths, equipped with computer-chipped smart cards that could be remotely manipulated quite easily.
In 2010, the District of Columbia set up a fake voting program and encouraged hackers to attempt to corrupt their system. One hacker group was successful in changing the votes, showing that electronic voting systems are easily manipulated.
The online voting option is still a hopeful option as an alternative for the 20% of the 2.5 military voters that would otherwise send in absentee ballots, according to the Military Voters Protection Project .
The globalization of American voting has begun with the purchase of the process to be overseen by a private corporation controlled by SOE software which operates under the name Clarity Elections.

Egypt’s military warns protesters over presidential election result
Egypt’s ruling military council on Friday warned it would use its powers to overcome protesters’ threats to confront the regime if it announced a former general won last week’s presidential election.

In a strongly worded statement, it blamed the Muslim Brotherhood’s candidate, Mohamed Morsi, of stirring up emotions that drew thousands into Cairo’s Tahrir Square as a mounting political crisis threatened to come to a head.
The Supreme Council of the Armed Forces said everyone should accept its “legal decisions” and refused to reverse its dissolution of parliament and its declaration reserving sweeping powers and a constitutional veto.
“The army and the police will combat any attacks on Egypt’s public or private institutions and enforce the law immediately,” a spokesman said. He intoned his statement invisibly from behind a screen on state television, using the menacing style of the decades-long military dictatorship of the deposed and now ailing president Hosni Mubarak.
The statement was repeated on state radio throughout the afternoon. Mr Morsi retorted that the generals were defying the democratic will of the people and said protests would go on. The Brotherhood has claimed that he won a narrow but clear victory.

NATO has never been a defensive structure, it was not in 1952 when Greece and Turkey joined the “alliance” at the same time, and it was not for the life of the Warsaw Pact, established later than NATO and dissolved in 1991.
NATO was in friendly relations with all bloody and reactionary regimes and movements, all counter-revolutionaries of the world, their governments and leaders, extending the red carpet to Pinochet and the leaders of apartheid, and standing behind the coups and military dictatorships in Latin America and Europe.

Earlier in the week, Obama’s attorney general admitted that the Fifth Amendment is a dead letter and the president can kill anybody he wants without due process. “In this hour of danger, we simply cannot afford to wait until deadly plans are carried out, and we will not,” Eric Holder said during a speech at Northwestern University’s law school in Chicago.
FBI Director Robert Mueller on Wednesday came off as a constitutional illiterate when he said he would have to check with the Justice Department to see if Holder’s criteria for summary execution was permitted on U.S. soil.
“I have to go back. Uh, I’m not certain whether that was addressed or not,” Mueller told Rep. Tom Graves.
Constitutional scholar Francis A. Boyle of the University of Illinois Law School recently put the issue into perspective. “The U.S. government has now established a ‘death list’ for U.S. citizens abroad akin to those established by Latin American dictatorships during their so-called dirty wars,” he told IPS.
Our version of a Latin American fascist dictatorship with Generalissimo Obama presiding has just about finished off the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The NDAA and a long list of constitutional violations predating the Patriot Act are now coming to a head.
After government invests itself with such self-proclaimed power, the next step is usually the disappearance of political enemies and mass graves.
