A Salute & Support to 2 Tennessee Sheriffs Standing Up for the US Constitution

I am very happy to see and report that 2 Tennessee Sheriffs are standing up for our US Constitution and for the citizens of their respective counties. In the latest updated list from CSPOA.org that is growing daily, now up to 242 supporting Sheriffs, Sheriff Jim Ruth from Bradley County and Sheriff Jim Hammond from Hamilton County have taken their oath seriously and their duty as the ultimate law officer over all the exists in their county. Should you be fortunate to live in one of these two counties be sure to send a thank you message and show support equal to that support they are showing you.
On the not so pleasant side to the story, based on my understanding that there exists 95 counties in Tennessee, I see the lack of support for both the county citizens and the oath of office for the remaining 93 Sheriffs in the state of Tennessee.
Below is a link to a list of Tennessee Sheriffs based on the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association web site. Should your county Sheriff be one of the many not yet committed to supporting their oath and their county citizens please contact them and respectfully ask where they truly stand on issues, such as gun control, Federal non-Constitutional laws, and other illegal actions that may be carried out in your county in violation of your inalienable rights. Feel free to point them to the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association website.
Here is the list to the Sheriffs of Tennessee. Ask them where they stand regarding protecting the rights of citizens and where is their “line in the sand”.

(NaturalNews) What you are about to read is astonishing. I’m not even sure what’s the right conclusion to draw from it. But here’s what we know so far:
John Noveske is one of the most celebrated battle rifle manufacturers in America. His rifles, found at www.NoveskeRifleworks.com are widely recognized as some of the finest pieces of American-made hardware ever created. (I own one of his rifles, and it’s a masterpiece of a machine that just keeps on running.) Sadly, John Noveske was killed in a mysterious car crash just a few days ago, on January 4, 2013.
According to the Outdoor Wire, his car “traveled across the oncoming lane onto the dirt highway shoulder until it struck two large boulders. The vehicle rolled and Mr. Noveske was ejected.”
But barely a week before this incident, John Noveske posted a lengthy, detailed post on Facebook that listed all the school shootings tied to psychiatric drugs. At the end of the post, he asked, “What drugs was Adam Peter Lanza on?”
That was the last post he ever made. (Full text below.)
Mysterious death during gun control debate raises questions
John Noveske wasn’t the first prominent gun rights supporter to be killed in the last few days. Keith Ratliff, the creator of a super-popular YouTube channel featuring videos of exotic weapons, was also recently found dead.
The Daily Mail reports that Ratliff was “discovered on a rural road in Carnesville, Georgia. Ratliff had a single gunshot wound the head and police are treating his death as a homicide.”
Someone murdered Ratliff, in other words, and it had to be someone with the ability to get close enough to Ratliff to take him out without warning.
Beyond these two shootings, the widely-discredited CNN journalist Piers Morgan, wanted for questioning in Britain’s Daily Mirror phone hacking scandal, invited guests onto his show who threatened Alex Jones’ children and laughed about the idea of Piers Morgan shooting Alex Jones with an AR-15.

Steve Quayle, creator of SteveQuayle.com, says “the red list is on!” This refers to the so-called “red list” — a secret kill list of Americans authorized by Obama and designed to be invoked immediately before an attempted radical leftist takeover of the nation. In support of this theory, Obama himself actually signed into law the NDAA which authorizes secret assassinations of U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.
Instead of the red list being “conspiracy theory,” it appears to be a key component of Obama’s domestic policy.
Beyond coincidence: Pieces of the puzzle rapidly coming together
Sure, a car crash involving John Noveske could be a coincidence. It could also be a coincidence that no video footage has been released from Sandy Hook showing Adam Lanza carrying any rifle whatsoever.
It might also be a coincidence that Dianne Feinstein just happened to have her detailed gun confiscation bill ready to release immediately following the Sandy Hook shooting.
It might also be a total coincidence that according to Google.com, the United Way Sandy Hook donation support page was created on December 11, 2012 — a full three days before the shooting took place.
It could also be a total coincidence that NBC News reported Adam Lanza’s AR-15 rifle was left in his car and was never used in the shooting at all.
I suppose it could be a coincidence that Bank of America slammed home an economic embargo against an online gun parts retailer in the days following the Sandy Hook shooting.
And it could be coincidence that Facebook suspended or shut down the accounts of hundreds of prominent people who advocated the Second Amendment, including our account here at Natural News.
And finally, it could be a total coincidence that police radio recordings seem to indicate there were multiple shooters involved in Sandy Hook.
But what are the odds of ALL of these coincidences existing simultaneously? Those odds are virtually zero.
Something’s fishy with all this. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that an order has come down from the very top to destroy, silence, threaten or execute true American patriots. Steve Quayle has long predicted this would be the very first step before foreign troops are unleashed on American soil to take over the country and deliver it, just as Obama has always planned, into the hands of the globalist crime syndicate.
It all sounds outrageous, I admit, and I’m not even sure what to believe myself. But it’s becoming more difficult by the day to deny actual events happening right before our eyes. Believe what you will, but don’t be surprised if people like Steve Quayle and Alex Jones were right all along. If we see any more mysterious deaths of prominent gun advocates, it going to raise huge red flags across the patriot community.

(NaturalNews) All Americans who have been prescribed psychiatric medications could be denied their constitutional rights under gun control legislation expected to be introduced into the U.S. Senate on January 22nd. Although the actual text of the bill is not yet available to the public, the heavy emphasis on “mental health” in recent gun control discussions echoes the present-day denial of Second Amendment rights to veterans diagnosed with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
In an effort to deny gun ownership “privileges” to as many Americans as possible, Sen. Feinstein and other proponents of total citizen disarmament could simply expand the definition of those deemed “mentally unfit” for gun purchases to include anyone who has ever been prescribed an antidepressant or a drug for ADHD.
I give credit for this realization to Jon Rappoport, editor of No More Fake News. In a phone conversation yesterday evening, he brought this to my attention, even describing psychiatrists as “the new cops” who get to determine whether you have any rights at all.
Conducting further research on the subject, I found that a national database of prescription drug users already exists. It was created by the National All Schedules Prescription Electronic Reporting Act (NASPER) signed into law by President George W. Bush in 2005.
A government prescription drug surveillance program is already in place
The intent of the NASPRE law was to stop patients from “doc hopping” from one city or state to another in a scam to acquire prescription “controlled substances” such as powerful painkillers. But the effort to monitor controlled substances has morphed into something far more insidious: a multi-state, data-sharing prescription drug surveillance program now run by 48 states.
The website for that program is www.pmpalliance.org which lists its board members as heads of the very same pharmacies that sell controlled substances for profit. And guess where PMPalliance.org gets its funding? The U.S. Dept. of Justice.
This means Obama can simply issue an executive order requiring the DOJ start using the patient prescription surveillance data for a whole new reason: To add people to a “NO GUN BUY list” in much the same way people are mysteriously added to the TSA’s “no-fly lists” today. (Once you’re on the no-fly list, there’s no way to remove yourself from it, no way to challenge being on the list, no due process and absolutely no ability to sue the government to try to get off the list.)
If you take antidepressants, you could be denied the right to self defense
The upshot of all this is that if you ever have purchased prescribed antidepressants or other psychiatric drugs, that record already exists in a government database that could soon be used against you as a weapon to deny you your constitutional rights.
All the government has to do is copy the entire database of psychiatric medication patients it already possesses, then paste that list into the FBI’s instant gun-purchase background check system known as NICS.
Once flagged in the NICS database, you will never be able to legally purchase a firearm again in America.
Importantly, this action does not require any new laws to be passed by Congress. Obama can simply invoke this with an executive order, then demand the FBI and ATF begin to immediately enforce this new regulation, even if it is utterly unconstitutional.

Are unconstitutional laws really laws at all? US Marine Corporal Joshua Boston appeared on CNN today to defend his letter to Senator Diane Feinstein where he stated clearly how he opposed her attempts to regulate or register his weaponry.
The question of whether an unconstitutional law is actually a law is at the center of a fierce debate in modern America. When the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare in the past year many stated clearly that unconstitutional opinions handed down are still illegal and unenforceable. Senator Rand Paul stated “Just because a couple people on the Supreme Court declare something to be ‘constitutional’ does not make it so. The whole thing remains unconstitutional. While the court may have erroneously come to the conclusion that the law is allowable, it certainly does nothing to make this mandate or government takeover of our health care right.”
Those who favor a strict constructionist interpretation of the Constitution claim that even the 16th Amendment (income tax) and the 17th (direct election of senators). So would any law that required gun restrictions be unconstitutional in light of the clarity of the 2nd amendment’s declarative “shall not be infringed”?

I will not register my weapons should this bill be passed, as I do not believe it is the government’s right to know what I own. Nor do I think it prudent to tell you what I own so that it may be taken from me by a group of people who enjoy armed protection yet decry me having the same a crime. You ma’am have overstepped a line that is not your domain. I am a Marine Corps Veteran of 8 years, and I will not have some woman who proclaims the evil of an inanimate object, yet carries one, tell me I may not have one.
I am not your subject. I am the man who keeps you free. I am not your servant. I am the person whom you serve. I am not your peasant. I am the flesh and blood of America.
I am the man who fought for my country. I am the man who learned. I am an American. You will not tell me that I must register my semi-automatic AR-15 because of the actions of some evil man.

Hi all, I thought you all would like to see the real figures from Down Under.
It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by a new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by our own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars.
The first year results are now in:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 6.2 percent,
Australia-wide, assaults are up 9.6 percent;
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!
In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent.(Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, so the criminals still possess their guns!)
While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since the criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.
There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the elderly, while the resident is at home.
Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in ‘successfully ridding Australian society of guns….’ You won’t see this on the American evening news or hear your governor or members of the State Assembly disseminating this information.
The Australian experience speaks for itself. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws affect only the law-abiding citizens.
Take note Americans, before it’s too late!

The states will have to use the Supremacy Clause by nullifying the unconstitutional gun ban.
It is amazing how Illinois and N.Y now have bills in to ban guns in every respect. The people there are not doing anything about it either. They aren’t taking to the street and demanding their rights be upheld.
The people in the U.S. have become a nation of poisoned sheeple. They are stupified by the fluoride in the water, the chemtrails in the air and the GMO food they eat. This is of course besides the programming they get from the T.V. and media and their brainwashing in school.
I never thought I would see this day. We literally won’t have any rights from our constitution left. They have all been taken away in the name of “safety” for the people.
Our nation was eroded and was over thrown from the inside out and the people sat back and let it happen.
This country is in distress and all flags should be flown upside down.
