We bring you now the latest from the Bundy Ranch, where the militia has arrived in support of Cliven Bundy in his stand off against the Federal Government, where the Bureau of Land Management has surrounded his ranch with snipers, helicopters and heavy equipment.

Governor Sandoval and Sen. Dean Heller have condemned the actions of the BLM:

The governor has released a statement: “No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans.”

Sheriff Richard Mack, of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, has declared the Governor’s words to be, just that – WORDS – and that immediate action on the part of the Governor should be take to call off the pending Range War.

Radio Host Pete Santilli of Guerrilla Media Network, is standing by on the scene where the Militia has arrived to support the Bundy Family.

Rusty Hill a former Land Broker who worked in that area for nearly 20 years issued this to our news room,

“It is not about turtles it is about water. There are developers working for military contractors that want that land and water for mining weapons grade minerals for industry… they want to sell the land by the highway for real estate development because it’s close to I-15 and the Bundy’s have been refusing to sell what they actually own directly for over 20 years. Many buyers sent me out there with crazy offers for that land for many years. It is prime real estate not worthless desert. There is a natural gas pipeline going through there and lots of water under ground too. Somebody connected to a military corporation is using political power and the BLM to muscle those people out.”

We go now to Pete Santilli on the scene where the Militia has arrived.

It’s starting to happen. The RINOs among the GOP halls are hearing the bells of Liberty and are beginning to grasp the warning that they must start to hear the call of Freedom or be purged.

In Nevada – they get it. And they left.

In other states – they will get it. And they will likely leave.

Let’s continue to ROLL!

Ron Paul’s Indomitable Supporters

Many have seen the exciting news that came out of Nevada last week via the Las Vegas Review-Journal:

Supporters of GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul on Saturday effectively took control of the Clark County Republican Party by winning election to 14 executive board positions, or two-thirds of the ruling body.

The election came during the county GOP convention where Paul delegates dominated, winning as many as half of the 1,382 delegates nominated to the state convention May 2-4 in Sparks.

Paul supporters chanted “Paul, Paul, Paul” as the new executive board took the stage.

“This is the grass roots taking a stand to change the direction of the party from the county level,” said Carl Bunce, Nevada chairman of Paul’s campaign and a delegate. “This is bigger than just Ron Paul. This is about liberty and openness and fairness and changing the party.”

Many have also seen the controversy in Colorado at the Denver Country GOP convention where shouting broke out between Paul supporters and GOP officials. I’ve heard from multiple sources that what is being portrayed by some in the media as Paul supporters simply being rowdy, was in fact Paul supporters following the established rules heading into the convention and then those rules being changed by those in charge as things proceeded.

For Ron Paul supporters this is nothing new and we can expect the establishment to keep pushing back every chance they get.

And they can expect us to keep pushing forward.

Las Vegas, Nevada. Ron Paul Delegates SWEEP The Clark County Convention!

Chairman Gibbs brought the meeting to order by asking for any Santorum supporters to please raise their hands. A handful of people raised their hands. Then he asked for Gingrich. He got 2 handfuls. When he asked for Romney, his people clustered near the front of the main room raised their hands with a great cheer.

When he asked for Ron Paul what looked like about 2/3rds of the crowd of over 2,600 delegates leaped to their feet as one and unleashed a thunderous ovation that lasted for 30 seconds. It was absolutely electrifying.

Things settled down and we got down to business. We were allowed to self nominate ourselves as delegates to the state convention. Clark County which is BY FAR the most populated county in the state is allowed 1900 delegates. As only a little over 1,200 volunteered, all who signed up were confirmed as delegates. I do not have any exact numbers, but I can tell you we are likely to have an even larger majority at state than we did here. And this was DECISIVE.

We heard from local candidates running for office. Senators Dean Heller and Joe Heck both spoke and were received with something less than whole hearted support, and deservedly so for their unconstitutional votes for NDAA and the patriot act.

But the best part was filling the 14 seats on the Clark County Republican Party Executive Board. These are the people who set local policy. Each of the candidates was given only 30 seconds to speak.

Are you ready for this?

ALL 14 SEATS WERE WON BY RON PAUL DELEGATES! A total sweep!

It is official: Elections in America are a complete hoax

It is now almost 24 hours after voters in Nevada went to their caucuses to try to cast their votes and we still mysteriously only have results for 71.1% of the caucuses .  The remaining caucuses that are still not reported actually make up the most populated caucuses in the entire state.  We were told late last night that all the votes cast in Clark County had to be recounted to ensure accuracy before they would release any of the numbers to the press.  Excuse me?

Where does one even begin to voice their outrage regarding this complete joke of a corrupt system we are all witnessing?  If you believe the results finally coming out of Nevada, you must be living on Fantasy Island.  How can caucuses that count their votes right there at the precincts have to conduct complete recounts many hours after they are over and almost everyone has gone home before they will even report most of the counts in the entire state to the public?  There is only one explanation for this insanity:  Corruption at its boldest!  It is completely inconceivable in a caucus situation for votes to ever have to be recounted away from the precinct.  The votes are not even cast on ballots like in the primary states, they are usually nothing more than little pieces of paper with a name on them stating the voter’s preference.

As I wrote in a previous article, many of the polls leading up to voting have been wrought with deliberate deception.  The only logical conclusion for such disturbingly unfair polling data is that they are being deliberately created to not only deceive voters into believing which candidate can win a particular contest but that they are obviously being used as a precursor to try to later justify completely fraudulent voting results.

The long night was filled with voter intimidation reports of having to prove or declare a religion (see video), countless reports by the media that were harassed or even kicked out of caucuses and told they could not film the events, hundreds of voters being turned away especially if they admitted they supported Ron Paul and then we still do not have a full accounting of the votes.  It is being admitted by party officials that there are precincts in which the amount of votes cast outnumbers the amount of voters present.  In other words, ballot stuffing at its finest. What is going on here and why are we continuing to just put up with it?

This election season has already been the greatest and most blatant case of election fraud I have ever witnessed in my lifetime.

1.  The Nevada GOP refused to release the vote counts which were already done at the caucus locations throughout Clark County which is the most heavily populated in the state and encompasses over half of the total Republican voters in the state.

2.  Votes are counted right on caucus night while witnessed by the voters that just cast their votes.  Any reason for a recount would have been done and should have been handled while the voters were still present.   To suggest that entire counties must undergo recounts hours later by a select few in secret before they can ever release numbers to the press are the actions of a system that has become so boldly corrupt that it is akin to an election in a Communist country.

3.  For a candidate to somehow come in second place that barely even campaigned there and was clearly not even a factor in the race leading up to the vote is preposterous!  After all the shenanigans, highly suspect actions and needless recounts conducted in secret, to believe that Newt Gingrich somehow came in second in Nevada would have to suggest that you may be living in a completely biased dreamworld of grand illusions.

4.  Let’s finally face the facts as a people.  As far as mainstream media is concerned, we have completely and utterly lost all freedom of the press.  We continually witness outrageous bias towards one candidate in particular, Congressman Ron Paul.  This bias is largely controlled as witnessed by the fact that it is not just being done on one major network but is a concerted and widespread effort.  There were many instances of the press and other members of the public not being given the freedom to film the caucus events in Nevada.   The 1st Amendment has effectively been scrapped.

5.  If no one does anything about this when even in tiny, 3rd-world countries with no 2nd Amendment rights, people would have been rioting in the streets after the 1st hoax of an election this season pulled-off in Iowa, then we will continue to get the kind of totally corrupt elections we so rightly deserve.  The American people as a whole did absolutely nothing to protest all the shenanigans in Iowa so we are now treated to even worse corruption in the Nevada caucuses.

6.  Nevada GOP Chairwoman, Amy Tarkanian officially resigned effective 12:01am last night while votes were being recounted.  According to ABC’s Action News 13, her resignation was supposedly decided prior to the caucuses yesterday because her husband is running for the US House and wanted to avoid a possible conflict of interest and to help her husband with his campaign.   Your guess is as good as mine as to the timing of this resignation given all the controversy surrounding the results of the Nevada caucus.

The following quotes seem most appropriate in expressing where we find ourselves as a nation:

“The people never give up their liberties, but under some delusion.”

“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.”

“No passion so effectually robs the mind of all its powers of acting as fear.”      Edmund Burke

“Fear of serious injury cannot alone justify suppression of free speech and assembly.  Men feared witches and burned women.  It is the function of speech to free men from the bondage of irrational fears.”        Justice Louis D. Brandeis

“To maintain the ascendancy of the Constitution over the lawmaking majority is the great and essential point on which the success of the American system must depend; unless that ascendancy can be preserved, the necessary consequence must be that the laws will supersede the Constitution; and finally, the will of the Executive, by influence of its patronage, will supersede the laws.”            John C. Calhoun

“No matter how noble the original intentions, the seductions of power can turn any movement from one seeking equal rights to one that would deny them to others.”      Tammy Bruce

“If you are afraid to speak against tyranny, then you are already a slave.”    John “Birdman” Bryant

To the Paul campaign that is expecting to win the Maine caucuses………Sure, good luck with that!

In conclusion, if the 4 candidates remaining in the Republican primary do not come forth in the next few days to condemn and try to correct the continued and obvious election fraud being perpetrated against We The People, then they do not possess the integrity to be seeking the office of President of the United States.

I will begin coverage of the 5 Presidential candidates that have emerged to seek the nomination of the Constitution Party.  It will give me much less grief, if at all.

Nevada caucuses: State GOP rolls snake eyes

LAS VEGAS – The biggest loser in Nevada’s Republican caucuses? The state’s feckless GOP.

Unable to control how its county parties count and report results, state Republicans were scrambling Sunday to explain why, almost 24 hours after most caucuses ended, the votes still have not been counted.

Here in Clark County, home to two-thirds of the state’s population, officials counted ballots, by hand, until 4 a.m. before calling it a night. Counting resumed again at 9 a.m. By 11 a.m. local time Sunday, only half of the county’s ballots had been counted.

“About midway through the night I said, ‘This is ludicrous,’” state GOP Chairman Amy Tarkanian said Sunday morning. “So I sent my state party people down there, including my husband, and said, ‘Go help them count, this is crazy.’”

Tarkanian, whose husband is Danny Tarkanian, who ran unsuccessfully for the GOP Senate nomination in 2010 and who is seeking the nomination in a new congressional seat, said state and county officials are seeking to avoid a situation like what happened in Iowa, where two weeks after voting ended the state party announced that it was Rick Santorum, not Mitt Romney, who won the state.

With second place still undecided between Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul — a consequential matter since delegates are awarded proportionally here — Tarkanian said she wants to avoid looking bad, as did her Iowa counterparts when they finally announced new results long after their contest ended.

But it may already be too late for that — unlike Iowa, Nevada hasn’t even reported nearly complete results yet.

Chuck Muth, a former Nevada GOP executive director, wrote on his blog that the night was the “Nevada GOP’s national embarrassment.”

“You can say this about Nevada Republicans: they are consistent,” Muth wrote. “They never blow an opportunity to blow an opportunity. And hoo-ahhh … did they ever blow this one!”

Clark County GOP Chairman Dave Gibbs did not return messages left on his cell phone Sunday morning.

By all accounts, the night was a foreseeable disaster, months in the making.

Nevada GOP dealing with ‘trouble box’ of questionable ballots

Volunteers count caucus ballots for the second consecutive day at Clark County GOP headquarters in Las Vegas on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012.

Republican Party officials are trying to figure out how to deal with a “trouble box” of ballots from the presidential caucus Sunday as the count in Nevada’s largest county stretches into its second day.

Party officials have confirmed that ballots in multiple precincts exceeded the number of voters who signed in. The “trouble box” also includes ballots on which two candidates were marked and other irregularities.

David Gallagher, executive director of the state party, could not confirm or even give a rough estimate of the number of ballots in question.

“It’s a small number,” he said.

Party officials spent much of the morning in a closed-door meeting with campaign officials to discuss the process for counting the ballots and determine what to do with the ballot box.

A procedure for dealing with the “trouble box” will be agreed upon by party and campaign officials, Gallagher said. He and other party officials acknowledged that some of the precincts may be “thrown out.”

“Obviously we want to count as many ballots as possible,” Gallagher said. “We want people’s voices to be heard.”

Campaign officials have not commented on the process.

“Right now, no one is suing us,” Gallagher said, adding officials have found no evidence of fraud. The count discrepancies could be the result of late arrivals who received a ballot but didn’t sign in.

As of 1 p.m., 70 percent of the ballots had been counted statewide.

The race has been called for Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who had a 6,199 vote lead in the early count.

The count in Clark County is not expected to affect Romney’s victory, but it could determine which candidate comes in second place.

According to partial returns, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich was leading U.S. Rep. Ron Paul by 1,004 votes.

Nevada’s national delegates are awarded in proportion to the vote each candidate received in the caucuses—making an accurate determination of who comes in second critical as Gingrich and Paul fight to collect enough delegates to continue competing with Romney for the nomination.

The ballot count stalled early Sunday as the problem ballots were discovered and party volunteers worked to verify numbers by hand. They resumed counting shortly after the meeting between party and campaign officials ended.

“We are going to get this right,” Clark County Chairman David Gibbs told the Las Vegas Sun earlier today. “If it takes us a little bit of time to get it rights, we are going to take the time.”

Nevada is the second state to experience problems with its caucus counts. Last month, Iowa declared Romney the victor of its first-in-the-nation contest by just eight votes. After a final tally, however, they discovered former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum had actually won by 34 votes.

As the counting continued the party line was: “We’re not going to be Iowa!”

Special evening caucus at Adelson school ignites more controversy

A special evening caucus organized for religious voters who observe a Saturday Sabbath was swarmed with Ron Paul voters, causing long lines, angry confrontations and cries of voter disenfranchisement.

Paul, a 12-term Texas congressman, won the precinct, but with the outcome statewide already decided before the caucus began the bigger impact was the continued controversy surrounding the special caucus.

Long lines stretched out of the main building and around the corner at the caucus site, the Adelson Educational Campus in Summerlin. The caucus began about 40 minutes later than scheduled and a second overflow room was opened to handle all of the voters.

Some attributed the large turnout to a series of robo-calls that went out to Ron Paul supporters, notifying them of the evening caucus and billing it as a second chance to participate for voters who missed the morning session, according to several voters who received the calls.

The decision to hold the evening caucus was unprecedented, generating concerns about the potential for voter fraud and questions about the influence of Sheldon Adelson, who founded the private school where the caucus was held and is an ardent supporter of Newt Gingrich.

Adelson and his wife Miriam, who have together contributed $10 million to a super PAC supporting Gingrich, were both in attendance at the caucus.

The Clark County Republican Party viewed the caucus as a special exemption made only for voters who missed the morning caucuses for religious reasons. To that end, the party made every voter who wanted to participate sign a “declaration” stating that they were unable to vote in the morning because of religious reasons.

“I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Nevada that the foregoing is true and correct,” the declaration read.

Those who refused to sign the form were not allowed to caucus, angering some voters.

Michael Dicicco, 23 and a Paul supporter, said he was unable to attend the morning caucus because he was working and came out to the Adelson school after receiving a call from the Paul campaign.

“I thought this was a second opportunity to vote,” said Dicicco, who was turned away after refusing to sign the declaration. “I don’t understand why I wouldn’t be able to vote if I’m not Jewish.”
